RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Return and Refund Policy at any time.

  • RETURN POLICY

If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase then the return of the product is allowed within 07 days after delivery. We will ask the customer to send the product back to our factory (full address will be provided to the customer via email). The refund will be allowed to the Customers, subjects to the following conditions given below:

Eligibility for claiming refund:

  • The customer must ensure to return the item with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received.
  • The original shipping cost is not refundable to the buyer in case of return. The buyer shall be held responsible for all the shipping costs associated with the item returned.
  • We would advise that you should use a tracking service to ensure that you receive a guaranteed delivery to us. We will not be able to offer refunds for any items that have been lost in transit or that have not been delivered to us.
  • Refund will be processed only after our QC team has checked the products and found it in re-sellable conditions. Once the return is approved, we will process your refund.
  • sportsbunker.in will not be responsible for the returned item without prior notification to us.

In a determination to accomplish user satisfaction, if there is an issue, you can contact us for a refund or any other issues through our email info@sportsbunker.in.

We may also refund you back in the following circumstances:

1.     If there is duplicate payment was made due to technical glitch, or any other error.

2.     If we make a refund as per the provision of our refund policy which is updated by us from time to time.

3.     If we consider the refund is necessary as per user support staff as per our sole discretion.

We take user feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.

  • HOW CAN I GET MY REFUND?

Our refund policies are simple. You can claim a refund by:

  1. Send us an email at info@sportsbunker.in ;
  • METHODS OF PAYMENT AND REFUND

We will refund your amount to the original payment method, once it has been processed.

In case of COD, the refund will be done directly to the bank account of the person on whose name the shipment is sent. No cash refund will be made. Also, COD charges paid will not be refunded.

In case of EMI payment mode or any other, we will not be responsible for any bank charges what so ever.

  • REFUND CYCLE:

The complete refund process normally takes about 10-15 working days from the date of confirmation of refund.
